Return and Refund Policies

Food or Produce Items: If you purchase items in the food or produce category, these are non-returnable. The seller will be paid immediately upon delivery.

Other Items: For items outside the food or produce category, you have a 7-day return window. If you wish to return an item, please submit a return request within this period. Our Biddy team will review your reason for return. If approved, we will initiate the return process and refund you once we receive the returned product.

Please note, returns will not be accepted after the 7-day return window has closed.
